Where to go from here.

First a few thoughts that I need to see and hear every day:


1) Be proactive. Talk to someone every day. Sharpen a skill every day. Make an impact every day.
2) Act with integrity, get back to people in less than 24 hours. Think long term and act short term.
3) No lists. Just do. 
4) Don't be afraid. No fear.


I'm writing out my thoughts offline but I feel like it's time to make some hard decisions on where to go next.
